With decades of experience in healthcare development and real estate investment, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise as the Head of Development at Dental Real Estate Syndicate. Known for his tenacity and exceptional ability to build strong relationships, Ryan has successfully executed transactions valued at over half a billion dollars, earning multiple awards for revitalizing both new and previously stalled business ventures.

Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Dental Real Estate Syndicate, he played a pivotal role in Dental Care Alliance’s most successful expansion period, helping the company leverage strategic M&A to double its revenue to nearly $800 million in under six years. He also brings valuable experience in corporate development and M&A across industries such as Renal, Wound Care, and Long-Term Care.

Ryan holds a Master of Science degree from Illinois State University and has completed Real Estate Investment and Finance training at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
