Brent Simon
Chief Executive Officer
Brent began his career in software development and was a co-inventor of key technology used in Cross Platform Gaming (US Patent 8825765).
After completing his MBA at Cornell University, he started Dental Care, a Dental Support Organization that constructed healthcare facilities and supported hundreds of dentists and team members in multiple states. While “improving the quality of our patients, team members and communities lives through dentistry” was Dental Care’s mission he was most fascinated by the design, construction, and operation of the facilities.
In 2017, he started East 11th Partners, recognizing the opportunity to create spaces that are environmentally sustainable while generating meaningful returns for investors. East 11th Partners has invested in over 1 million square feet of projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, and multifamily development.
Brent has two professional passions, dentistry and real estate. Dental Real Estate Syndicate combines them to allow him to achieve his highest professional calling.
Ryan Zeman
Head of Development
Ryan is the Head of Development at Dental Real Estate Syndicate and has shown the ability to build and execute strategies that result in increased market share and profitable partnerships. Ryan’s M&A and Business Development expertise stems from more than two decades of experience, the majority of which has been in healthcare, and having completed transactions worth more than a half of a billion dollars. Ryan has a Masters of Science degree from Illinois State University, received Real Estate Investment and Finance training from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and has won numerous honors for revitalizing new and previously stalled business units.
Ryan’s experience spans enterprises ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500. Immediately preceding Dental Real Estate Syndicate, Ryan was a key member of Dental Care Alliance’s most successful period of expansion, which resulted in the organization doubling to nearly $800 million of revenue in less than six years. Ryan also has strong development experience in Renal, Wound, and Long-Term Care.
David Nachman
Board Member
David focuses on equity and debt relationships, acquisitions, asset level execution and firm wide strategy. Prior to co-founding Spirit Investment Partners, he was a founding partner and principal of AMS Real Estate Partners (‘AMSREP’), a New York based real estate investment fund where he was jointly responsible for all of AMS Real Estate Partners I, LP capital raising, investment decisions, and overall Fund management. Before AMSREP, David was a vice president of Hall Financial Group, a private investment company based in Dallas where he helped launch the company’s Structured Finance Group and had direct responsibility for originating, underwriting, structuring and asset management of over $1 billion in value added equity and debt real estate investments across all asset types and multiple geographic regions. David graduated from Cornell University and is a member of the Young President’s Organization (“YPO”).
