Joe is the CEO and Founder of Cavaretta Consulting Group, a provider of tailor-made procurement and operational solutions for group dental practices and DSOs. Before Cavaretta Consulting Group, Joe served for four years as President and then CEO at Dental Whale, a dental solutions and education provider.

Joe’s dentistry journey began at Patterson Dental, where he honed an expertise in Operations and Strategic Planning. Transitioning to Henry Schein, Joe rose through the ranks over his 17 years, eventually having the responsibility of generating $2B of annual sales and 2,000 team members. With a career marked by bold decisions and groundbreaking achievements, Joe serves to help others navigate the complexities of the dental world.
