Mitch has been one of the most impactful leaders in the dental industry over the previous four decades. Mitch was a co-founder of Dental Care Alliance, where he served as chief operating officer, chief executive officer, and executive chairman of the board. Over his more than three decades of leadership, Mitch was instrumental to DCA becoming one of the most respected dental groups, growing to encompass more than 900 dentists across more than 400 locations.

Mitch was an original member of the Association of Dental Service Organizations (“ADSO”) and also serves on several dental organization boards. Prior to joining DCA, Mitch was a Senior Vice President of Optioncare Inc., a publicly traded home infusion therapy organization with over 400 locations nationwide. Mitch began his career at ORMCO Corporation, the country’s largest manufacturer and marketer of orthodontic appliances, holding various roles in sales and management over a ten-year period. Mitch also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, obtained from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.
